The Role
It's simple really – we're looking for an individual that is passionate and has proven success. Someone who is eager to meet goals and targets and is not afraid of putting the time in to see the rewards. The person required needs to be organized and motivated to manage a territory of existing customers within the Pet Industry for the entire State of SA. Wow This will obviously require an individual with a hunger to succeed, who loves animals, enjoys driving and is comfortable in their own company. Experience working within the pet industry will be regarded as beneficial but is not essential.
Duties include:
· Driving across the state of SA to visit stores on a pre-organised journey plan
· Managing existing customers within this territory
· Seeking new leads and generate new business
· Provide customers with a high level of customer service including training, product knowledge, demonstrations, problem solving, merchandising and advice.
· Resolving issues and suggest solutions to problems
· Use an iPad and sales software to create orders while visiting stores
· Completing a call log of each store visit
· Away from home trips on a cyclic basis

· Able to overcome negatives and resistance & convert these into orders
