What Your Day Could Look Like

As a Clinical Nurse – AODS, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals, families and the Cherbourg community through evidence‐based, recovery‐focused care. From advanced assessment and care coordination to leadership within the clinical team, your work will directly improve access, safety and outcomes across our service.

* Delivering advanced, person‐centred assessments and treatment that support recovery and wellbeing
* Coordinating community‐based care and specialist programs alongside internal and external partners
* Providing clinical leadership, guidance and mentoring that strengthens team practice and confidence

* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant Australian authority
* Strong experience in community‐based or specialised Alcohol and Other Drugs care
* Advanced clinical judgement, case coordination skills and a recovery‐focused mindset
* A collaborative approach that reflects compassion, dignity and respect

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have postgraduate study relevant to the role and/or experience working in rural or diverse communities.
