Just Cuts Belmont is expanding our team and we're looking for Senior Hairdressers who want to be part of a supportive, professional and friendly salon environment. Conveniently located in a shopping centre with ample free parking and easy public transport access, our salon offers a dynamic workplace with a steady flow of clients.
This is a fantastic role for a Hairdresser who enjoys focusing on cutting and styling without the stress of chemical services, while still earning excellent hourly rates and bonuses.
About the Role
We are offering Full-time or Part-time positions with a strong focus on work/life balance.
Minimum availability: 3–4 days per week.
Hours: Minimum 9:00am – 4:00pm shifts available.
Pay Structure:
* Monday – Friday: $35 per hour + Retail Bonus + KPI Bonus.
* Saturday: $45 per hour + Retail Bonus + KPI Bonus.
