About the Role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll contribute to designing and implementing our Target Operating Model (TOM) and business architecture. You'll work closely with solution architects and transformation teams to deliver scalable, customer-focused solutions that align with strategic objectives.
You will join our large Analysis Chapter that supports a variety of medium to large scale programs across the Suncorp Group. The Chapter consists of around 290 like-minded analysts, where ideas and best practice are shared via masterclasses and knowledge sharing.
What You'll Do
* Lead analysis for Target Operating Model design, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and transformation goals.
* Document current and future state processes, identifying opportunities for optimisation and improved customer outcomes.
* Collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to validate requirements and ensure technical feasibility.
* Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to gather insights and drive consensus on business architecture.
* Provide coaching and guidance to junior analysts, fostering capability uplift across the team.
* Actively participate in agile delivery rhythms, including stand‐ups, showcases, and planning sessions.
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience in Target Operating Model design and business architecture within complex organisations.
* Strong background in business analysis with advanced knowledge of frameworks such as BABOK and Lean Six Sigma.
* Ability to synthesise complex information into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
* Experience collaborating with solution architects and transformation teams to deliver integrated solutions.
* Proficiency with tools such as JIRA and Confluence for managing requirements and delivery.
* Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels.
