This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in presentation, and thrives in a guest-focused environment.
Your day to day
* Be the warm welcome that kicks off a memorable guest experience.
* Take and manage guest bookings, advising guests about ways to improve their stay with tour bookings and local experiences.
* Handle credit card transactions.
* Swiftly check in & out guests – take ID's, hand out room keys.
* Stay one step ahead of guest needs - record & act on preferences & handle messages, requests, questions & concerns.
What we need from you
* Friendly with strong communication skills
* Customer-service focused with a positive attitude
* Experience – ideally you've spent at least one year in a front desk or guest service position.
* REI experience preferred but not essential.
* Ability to prioritise & work in a fast-paced environment.
* Availability for some weekend work.
* Availability to work 4 or more shifts per week.
* You must meet the legal requirements to live and work in Australia.
