About the Role
WorkPac are seeking an experienced Moxy/Compactor Operators for a tailings dam project based in Yarwun, near Gladstone. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a compactor safely and efficiently while contributing to the successful completion of earthworks on site.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate compactor equipment safely and efficiently on a tailings dam project
* Complete daily pre-starts and ensure equipment is maintained to standard
* Follow site safety procedures and environmental controls
* Work collaboratively with the team to meet production targets
* Adhere to all company and site policies, ensuring a safe work environment
Skills and Experience Required
* Minimum 12 months' experience operating Moxy's/Compactors
* Current RII qualification for Moxy and/or compactor operation
* C Class driver's licence and White Card
* Strong safety focus and commitment to safe work practices
* Ability to pass a 3-site medical and meet site access requirements
