Operating under AS/NZS 5131 CC3 and AS/NZS ISO 3834.2 certification, we pride ourselves on quality workmanship, strong systems, and delivering projects safely and efficiently.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Boilermaker to join our team.
We are also seeking experienced Workshop Boilermakers for our factory operations based on the Gold Coast.
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership role combining site supervision, remedial works, steel installation coordination, and boilermaker duties across commercial and industrial projects.
You will work closely with project managers, site crews, riggers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise day-to-day site activities and coordinate labour onsite
* Read and interpret structural steel fabrication drawings and specifications
* Carry out remedial steelwork, welding, fabrication, and installation works onsite
* Ensure works are completed in accordance with project requirements and Australian Standards
* Liaise with builders, engineers, subcontractors, and internal project teams
* Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with safety procedures
* Maintain site records, daily reports, and material tracking
* Assist with scheduling and coordination of equipment and deliveries
* Promote a strong safety culture and maintain a clean, organised work environment
What We're Looking For
* Trade qualified Boilermaker
* Proven experience in structural steel erection and/or workshop fabrication
* Site supervision experience highly regarded
* Ability to read and interpret engineering and fabrication drawings
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* High-risk tickets and site experience highly regarded
* Current driver's licence
* Strong focus on quality, safety, and productivity
* Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Working Hours
Typical working hours are:
* Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 4:30pm / 5:00pm
* Friday: 6:00am – 3:00pm
This role is based on an average 50-hour working week.
Workshop Boilermakers Also Wanted
We are also seeking experienced Workshop Boilermakers to join our fabrication team on the Gold Coast.
Experience in structural steel fabrication, welding, reading shop drawings, and working within a fast-paced workshop environment will be highly regarded.
