About RDN Health
RDN Health is a social enterprise of RDN - The Charity for Health Access. RDN Health delivers integrated health access solutions for under-resourced communities. It collaborates across a range of networks to build capacity, mobilise knowledge and deliver programs and products to improve the health and wellbeing of people living in under-resourced communities, including metropolitan, rural, remote, regional and Indigenous communities around Australia and beyond.
Reporting to the Chief – Health Access Enterprises, the General Manager – RDN Health is a critical executive leadership role responsible for the performance, growth, and long-term sustainability of RDN Health. This role combines strategic leadership, operational accountability, and commercial growth, with a focus on expanding health access outcomes at scale.

* Leading enterprise strategy, growth and financial performance
* Developing and executing a business development agenda across government, philanthropy and commercial markets
* Building innovative products and service models to meet evolving community needs
* Strengthening trusted relationships across government, healthcare, and partner ecosystems
* Driving national and international expansion opportunities across multiple markets
* Leading high-performing teams and fostering a values-led, entrepreneurial culture

About You
* Proven success leading a health, social care, or adjacent service-based enterprise
* Solid track record of business development, revenue growth and market expansion
* Experience managing P&L; accountability and operational delivery at scale
* Ability to build strategic partnerships across government and funding ecosystems
* A leadership style that inspires teams and builds high-performance cultures
* An entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to identify and execute new opportunities
* A background in health, social care, or adjacent service-based sector is highly desirable, alongside proven experience in development and organisational growth, as well as a strong commitment to improving outcomes for under-resourced communities.
