This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced F&B Supervisor to work at Crystalbrook Kingsley! Emphasis will be placed on assisting the Manager in maintaining established service standards, presentation, supervision and control of the food & beverage items to attain highest levels of guest satisfaction. You will bring high energy and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our guests and customers. Strong knowledge of current food & beverage trends. Ability to oversee restaurant, bar and events service and assist with floor duties when needed, ensuring smooth operations across all areas. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to ensure efficiency. Lead, motivate, and support a team of food and beverage attendants to maintain high standards of service and quality. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue while ensuring an outstanding guest experience. ABOUT YOU: Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor in a luxury hotel environment. In-depth knowledge of food & beverage and; have the ability to recommend menu combinations and upsell alternatives. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Ability to stay composed and perform efficiently in high-pressure situations.
