The Client A is a privately owned Australian business with a strong national presence and a collaborative Brisbane office. Known for its supportive culture and fast-paced environment, the organisation offers a stable and wide-ranging role supporting senior leadership and office operations.

The Role

This dual Executive Assistant and Office Manager position supports a senior leader while ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Brisbane office.

At an executive level, you will provide day‐to‐day support including inbox and diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, correspondence drafting, and general administrative support to ensure the Director's workload is well managed and prioritised.

Simultaneously, you will own office operations, ensuring the workplace runs efficiently and professionally – managing reception duties, office supplies, facilities coordination, supplier liaison, and general administrative processes.

The role also includes support functions such as document management between head office and the local team, invoice processing through internal systems, and supporting project or operational teams with administrative tasks as required.

About You

You are a confident, proactive, highly organised professional who thrives in a busy and varied environment. You are comfortable supporting senior leadership while also managing broader office responsibilities.

You bring the following:

  • Experience in an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or senior administration role
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, grounded approach
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and systems confidence
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
