Your Impact
You will:
* Conduct client intake, risk and needs assessments
* Facilitate family dispute resolution and mediation processes
* Support parents to develop practical, child‐focused parenting arrangements
* Apply child‐inclusive and culturally responsive practice frameworks
* Ensure compliance with the Family Law Act and FDRP Regulations
* Maintain professional standards and FDR accreditation
* Engage with community and sector stakeholders
* Contribute to a collaborative, best‐practice team culture

Skills and Experiences: What you bring
* Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Law, or FDR/Mediation
* Accreditation (or eligibility) as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner
* Experience in child‐focused dispute resolution practice
* Strong understanding of legislative and professional obligations
* High‐level communication and assessment skills
* A commitment to ethical, culturally safe service delivery
