Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior beauty advisor to join our management team in our Warringah Mall store. As Floor Manager, you will be responsible for leading the store team and delivering an exceptional client experience.
You will play a key role in driving sales growth, exceeding KPIs, and consistently raising the performance and capability of your team through coaching and supporting their growth and development.
* You will utilize reporting data to support operational decisions by working closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
* You will facilitate open communication with your team by providing effective feedback and consistent communication with the Management team.
