About the role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-driven administrative assistant to join our business support team. As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for accurately processing and reviewing employment placements, claims, and other data to ensure integrity and compliance.
* Process, review, and verify employment placements, claims in PULSE and Department's systems ensuring data integrity
* Provide timely support guidance feedback to Workforce Australia staff regarding submissions management of placements
* Conduct internal audits to assess adherence Employment Services contractual obligations recommending corrective actions where required
* Maintain detailed understanding of Workforce Australia contract particularly placement processes claim processes
* Liaise with internal external stakeholders demonstrating professionalism diplomacy customer service at all times effective communication skills being crucial this role.
Essential qualifications experience:
Experience working within Employment Services sector hands-on experience preparing submitting placements / claims desirable but not mandatory Proven ability exercise sound judgement discretion initiative handling sensitive complex matters under own responsibility.
