Job Description We are looking for a talented and motivated sales person to be the key person in the CX ANZ Apps role, focusing on sales into the entire ANZ region, working as a coprime (Overlay) to the Apps Account Sales Reps. The CX Practice lead role covers Marketing, CX, Sales, Service and other CX Products. Responsibilities - To provide direction and strategy, selling Oracle CX Cloud into an assigned public sector and private sector portfolios, across Australia and NZ. - You will provide support across the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales, while expanding existing accounts into the CX portfolio. - Territory identification and research, to formalize a go to market territory strategy and create qualified target account list within 60 days. - Provide direction on pipeline development by way of training, educating and encouraging internal and partner stakeholder to see the value of Oracle's CX products - Engage with prospect organisations to position Oracle CX Cloud Apps through strategic value based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references and analyst data. - Engage in the end to end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Pre Sales Consultants, Oracle Consulting, Executives, Partners etc. - Generate short term results whilst maintaining a long term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation. - Weekly updates of the Oracle Sales Cloud system with accurate customer and pipeline data. - Accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery.
