About the Opportunity
The Resource Planning team at ASC is responsible for short‐term resource planning and execution to ensure ASC has a qualified and skilled workforce to deliver our enterprise strategy. We are now recruiting a Delivery Lead – Resource Planning to join the team. The role will partner with senior stakeholders across the programs, Project Management Office, People & Culture, and Capability to align workforce planning with ASC's operational needs.
This role can be based in Adelaide or Perth.
Responsibilities
* Drive implementation and delivery of resource planning projects across key programs.
* Oversee resource planning's project tracking and reporting across programs.
* Partner with our Capability Development and Capability Execution teams to establish interface on progression of supply solutions through performance development and capability uplift plans
* Liaise with the Program leadership teams to ensure ongoing resource position planning and delivery.
* Monitor budgetary and value stream reporting to ensure alignment with program demand from a resource planning team perspective
About you
* Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration or similar would be advantageous but not essential.
* Familiarity with people management and Human Resources processes desirable.
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver scalable solutions.
* Superior stakeholder engagement and the ability to influence at senior levels.
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to a NV1 level. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
