Client Relations Manager Role Summary
The Client Relations Manager will play a key role in servicing institutional clients who have invested in our Australian and New Zealand strategies. This position requires strong project management skills, excellent writing and editing abilities, and a demonstrated interest in sustainability and responsible investment.
This role involves coordinating client relations across various aspects, including quarterly and annual reporting, annual meetings, field tours, and managing responses to client queries. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in client relationship management, particularly with institutional investors or alternative assets. A Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or liberal arts is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Investor Relations team and funds management teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service and support the company's business objectives.
