Join a high-performing Queensland plaintiff law firm expanding a national footprint at a time of exciting growth. Smith’s Lawyers is a up-to-date, substantially transitioned to a fully remote practice specialising in TPD, WorkCover and CTP claims. We’re seeking a Legal Operations Manager to design, implement and refine our systems, workflows and reporting frameworks over a 6- to 12-month project period.

What You’ll Do
Map and optimise legal workflows from intake through settlement.
Integrate and align LEAP, Xero, Employment Hero, and Power BI for unified reporting.
Build dashboards for finance, HR, and production metrics.
Document and implement policies and SOPs that support the Craft Leadership Model.
Lead automation and continuous‑improvement projects with cross‑functional teams.
Provide change‑management support and training for lawyers and support staff.
What You’ll Bring
5 + years’ experience in legal operations, practice management, or professional‑services transformation.
Working knowledge of LEAP, Xero, and cloud‑based workflow tools.
Strong data and reporting capability (Power BI or similar).
Proven ability to deliver projects on time and drive adoption across distributed teams.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
