Main Responsibilities:
* Greet customers and deliver high-quality customer service with a sales-oriented approach
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently
* Stay up-to-date with products and services to improve the customer experience
* Support customers with accurate and timely order placement, tracking, and processing
* Maintain showroom inventory and presentation as required
Requirements:
* Prior customer service or industry experience is beneficial but not essential
* Clinical experience or a background in allied health is advantageous
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial
* Able to navigate computer systems to manage customer interactions and records effectively
* Ability to remain composed under pressure and in a fast-paced work environment
