We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager who will play a key role in driving business growth and profitability through the development and implementation of effective strategies.
The successful candidate will oversee general day-to-day operations, be responsible for the operational and financial performance, and success of our regional offices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee management, financial, and operational performance of multiple offices.
* Develop and implement effective business strategies to enhance sales, leasing, and property management productivity.
* Provide strong leadership which builds a positive culture of collaboration and communication.
* Encourage an open-door policy to foster workplace communication and resolve team members' concerns.
* Develop and maintain relationships with business partners, community affairs, and activities representing our organization.
* Assist with preparation of annual budget and achieve budgeted net operating income targets.
* Set clear expectations and accountabilities of team members and monitor outcomes and results.
* Monitor and review staffing policies, practices, and performance management to ensure compliance with best practice.
