About the role
Join Western NSW Local Health District as the Support Services Manager, providing leadership and oversight of hotel and support services across Lachlan Health Services. In this dynamic role, you will lead teams responsible for cleaning, security, ward support, linen, stores, and waste management to ensure the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality services.
You'll drive continuous improvement, staff development, and compliance with NSW Health standards, while fostering a collaborative and customer-focused culture.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader with strong communication, organisational, and management skills to make a meaningful impact in healthcare service delivery.
