Heavy Logistics and Mechanical is seeking an experienced HC Operator to join our team based at our Bowen workshop. This role involves operating company vehicles for local deliveries and equipment transport.
Key Responsibilities:
* Safely operate HC vehicles to transport equipment, parts, and materials between sites
* Assist with loading, unloading, and securing loads
* Support workshop operations, including general labouring and maintenance tasks
* Perform pre-start checks and maintain vehicle condition and compliance
* Follow all company safety and site procedures
Requirements:
* Current MC Driver's Licence
* Proven experience operating HC combinations (low loader or float experience highly regarded)
* Strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to safety
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
* EWP (Elevated Work Platform) ticket
