What you'll do: In this broad and hands-on finance role, you'll take ownership of core financial operations across a diverse and growing private group. With exposure to both property and hospitality entities, you'll be responsible for managing month-end reporting, compliance, budgeting, and supporting the commercial performance of the business. Your key responsibilities will include: Leading the month-end process, including preparation of P&L, balance sheet, and board reporting packs Managing group cashflow and overseeing bank reconciliations, AP/AR, and payroll approvals Maintaining and enhancing the fixed asset registers across group entities Supporting the budgeting and forecasting cycles, including variance analysis and cashflow forecasting Ensuring compliance with BAS, IAS, Super, Payroll Tax, and QRO obligations Overseeing weekly reporting from operating entities, including labour cost control and performance reporting Liaising with external stakeholders including accountants, solicitors, payroll providers, and venue managers Supporting new venue openings and acquisitions, including financial integration and system setup Assisting with insurance renewals, loan documentation, supplier contract reviews, and internal process improvements You'll play a key role in maintaining tight control over financial operations while contributing commercially across a group that's growing and evolving.
