About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Administration Support Specialist.
* The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the apprentice employment cycle, providing administration assistance and ensuring seamless execution of tasks.
* Responsibilities will include managing records, contracts, and documentation, as well as liaising with host employers, training organisations, and members of the public.
* The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and high attention to detail.
* Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office suite and database management is essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
