Alongside Elderton Wines, we are seeking a National Domestic Wholesale Sales Manager to help steward and grow our Australian wholesale business — with a particular focus on scaling Small Victories thoughtfully and sustainably.
This is a senior, relationship‐led role for someone who enjoys building momentum over time, earning trust in the trade, and helping a younger brand realise its potential without losing its soul.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the co‐MDs, you will lead our domestic wholesale strategy across on‐and off‐premise channels, working closely with distributors, key accounts, and agency partners.
Your remit will include:
* Leading national wholesale relationships across Elderton and Small Victories Wine Co
* Thoughtfully expanding distribution for Small Victories in key markets
* Strengthening underdeveloped regions and deepening existing partnerships
* Representing both brands in the trade with authenticity and care
* Contributing to route‐to‐market thinking as the portfolio evolves
This role is hands‐on, trusted, and commercially meaningful — without unnecessary layers or noise.
