About The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be focused on providing great customer experiences and ensure the store is always clean, stocked and welcoming for our Guests. This is a fast‐paced job where being able to multi‐task and manage your time is essential.

This store operates in a busy, high‐activity location. Success here requires alertness, confidence, and strict adherence to safety procedures. We provide training, systems, and management support – but this role best suits people who are comfortable working in challenging environments.

* Comfortable working alone as well as within a team
* On your feet for long periods, may require moderate to heavy lifting and reaching
* Have availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends)
* Willing to learn and promote our wide range of products and specials
* Willing to adhere to and follow strict safety procedures
* Have knowledge of the local area
* Comfortable setting boundaries with customers
