Senior HR Business Partner Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team in a part-time industrial relations role.
This position involves partnering with supervisors and managers to understand and support their strategic priorities, providing comprehensive advice on employment relationship matters, and interpreting industrial agreements, legislation, and internal policies.
The ideal candidate will have significant HR experience, be confident working with employees at all levels, and possess strong organizational and time management skills.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with supervisors and managers to understand and support their strategic priorities
* Provide comprehensive advice on employment relationship matters
* Interpret industrial agreements, legislation, and internal policies
* Conduct workplace investigations

About the Role
This is a part-time job share position until the end of 2025, working 4-5 days per fortnight. You will be based in Hervey Bay and will work closely with senior leaders to advise on employment-related matters.
