Operating as a multidisciplinary front door to care, the service delivers recovery-oriented, trauma-informed support close to home. The GP role focuses on short-term mental health, AOD, and physical health care within an integrated team, working collaboratively to provide accessible, coordinated support and connect clients with ongoing community services.
