Manager (Health Manager Level 2) – Sessional Interpreters and Projects at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital.
Permanent full-time position, 38 hours per week.
Remuneration: $109,857 - $129,624 per annum plus annual leave loading and superannuation.

This role contributes to the strategic direction and management of SHCIS (Sydney Health Care Interpreter Service) Sessional Interpreters and related projects within SLHD Population Health.
Responsibilities
Manage the Sydney Health Care Interpreter Service (SHCIS) Sessional Interpreters and associated projects.
Oversee human resources, reporting, and complaints management for Sessional Interpreters; prepare and scope business cases for complex projects including cost and resource impacts.
Manage the strategic long-term direction of the service, including service planning, development and promotion; contribute to the development and implementation of the SHCIS and SLHD Population Health strategic plan.
Ideal Candidate
Relevant tertiary qualification and/or management experience with NAATI Certification in Interpreting and/or Translating.
Experience in human resource issues including recruitment and performance management.
Currently holds a valid NSW driver's licence (P1 and P2 licences acceptable).
