Collaborating closely with both internal and external stakeholders, you'll be instrumental in flawlessly designing, styling, implementing and executing projects and commercial offerings. If you're ready to unleash your creativity across a diverse range of projects, we want to hear from you!What we’re looking for…Someone with a passion for promotions, marketing & events with experience preferred.High level of written and communication skills.Flexible, and ready to work across a seven-day roster.Be the go-to champion for our Activation Ambassadors.Coordinate and manage the scheduling and rostering of the Enque Activation Ambassadors.Liaise with clients and internal teams to develop Activation Ambassador Run sheets for all events and deliver in a timely manner.Maintain accurate shift records for all staff.Responsible for recruiting new Activation Ambassadors.Execute our weekly onsite activations across well-known sporting events and shopping centre activations.Assist with coordinating onsite bump-ins and bump-outs/ onsite and offsite.A creative genius eager to showcase their style and design skills while coordinating multiple projects at once.Assist with developing impactful and creative concepts in line with a client's brief and style guidelines.Support the Senior Activation and Events Specialist and Directors across all projects.Responsible for quoting, budgeting and invoicing.Build strong relationships with key stakeholders for project success, and keep an eye out for new business opportunities.A fast-paced worker who thrives in a high-speed environment, and not afraid to roll up their sleeves and do whatever needs to be done to achieve the perfect result.An understanding of print and design collateral preferred.Have an understanding of the industry and our competitors.Believing that no challenge is too hard, when making the impossible possible.Rock our tech tools with Outlook, all Microsoft programmes, Canva, Instagram, and more.Someone with high-level social media skills.
