What Your Day Will Look Like...
Your day will be filled with purposeful interactions as you guide managers and staff through a wide range of HR and employee relations matters, offering clear, practical and timely advice. You'll work closely with Senior Workplace Relations Advisors on complex cases, build strong relationships with stakeholders and unions, and contribute to HR strategies that strengthen the organisation. You'll support teams through change, deliver training that empowers leaders, analyse workforce data, and help embed best‐practice HR processes across the service.
