This position is responsible for leading local contributions of operational employees to deliver business outcomes. The successful candidate will manage internal and external stakeholders, driving strong financial sustainability and growth within the area.
Key Responsibilities:
* Negotiate funding to support operational initiatives.
* Lead placement management, ensuring effective deployment of resources.
* Manage property and assets, maintaining optimal utilization.
* Develop and implement area planning strategies, fostering growth and development.
* Lead risk and compliance management, upholding regulatory standards.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will require leadership capability, supporting young people by leading local operations. Operational planning skills are essential, particularly in managing the transitional nature of placements.
* Hold a relevant tertiary qualification in Youth Work or a related field (e.g., Human Services, Psychology, Social Work).
* Demonstrate a deep understanding of quality systems in residential youth services, gained through significant experience.
* Possess excellent MS Suite skills, with the ability to learn other programs.
* Hold a valid WA driver's licence and be eligible to live and work in Australia.
