Sunshine Coast Council is one of the largest local governments in Australia, serving a community of more than 365,000 residents across an area of approximately 2,291 square kilometres. Council’s 2024-2028 Corporate Plan aims to deliver a strong community, a healthy environment, a resilient economy, service excellence and an outstanding organisation.

This position is employed by Council as part of a program created by Get Skilled Access which assists Australian sporting clubs and schools to be more accessible and inclusive to enable people with disability to have choice and control over where and how they would like to participate in sport.

The position will be supported by Get Skilled Access and required to undertake reporting requirements for both Council and Get Skilled Access.

Get Skilled Access (GSA) was founded in 2016 by multiple Wheelchair Tennis Grand Slam Champion, Paralympian, and former Australian of the Year Dylan Alcott AO.

Our aspiration is inclusion, choice, and control for all people with disability. At GSA, we aim to create a recent generation of disability inclusion that is equitable for all.

**About Sport4All**
