About Our Team
We're seeking an experienced Trade Counter Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our counter staff, you'll provide exceptional customer service and support plumbers and other tradespeople with their building and renovation projects.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Provide top-notch customer service and product information to clients.
* Process quotes in person and over the phone.
* Conduct pick, pack, and stock control activities efficiently.
* Maintain a tidy and safe work environment.
* Perform occasional deliveries to customers using our company vehicle.
What We're Looking For:
* A minimum of previous retail sales or customer service experience.
* Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.
* The ability to accurately maintain shop floor displays and manage orders.
* A clean, valid driver's license and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
