We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Site Administrator to jump into a newly created team and support a project based in the Pilbara. This is an interesting, permanent role that will see you covering a variety of support duties. Offered on a family, friendly 8/6 roster, FIFO from Perth, this is a outstanding opportunity to join a growing engineering business.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Provide admin support to the project team
- Maintain accurate records
- Maintain crew roster spreadsheet
- Liaise with flight coordinator
- Maintain annual leave reports
- Typing of site correspondence
- Document control
- Entering safety data
**Experience required**:
- Minimum 2 years administrative support
- Advanced M/S Office skills
- Excellent IT skills across M/S office
- Sound interpersonal skills
- Able to take initiative and demonstrate effective time management
