Requirements
* Previous experience in a hotel front office or customer-facing hospitality role is essential.
* Confident use of Microsoft Office and familiarity with Opera Cloud are highly regarded.
* A strong focus on delivering excellent guest experiences, with attention to detail.
* Self-motivation and proactivity, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
