This role is situated within News Corp's dynamic Events and Experiences team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for ensuring all event programs excite and engage audiences, while creating memorable experiences that align with News Corp Australia's strategy.
As a Production and Partnerships Manager, this hybrid role will be responsible for the development and implementation of event partners, managing the partnerships for brands including Vogue Australia, The Australian, The Daily Telegraph and more; as well as supporting all event production logistics to deliver best-in-class event experiences.

Key Responsibilities
* Ensure all events are implemented and activated successfully to the customer and client expectations, including the seamless integration of masthead brand or sponsor deliverables
* Support the Senior Event Managers with end-to-end event management including on-site execution
* Collaborate closely with internal teams, external suppliers and creative agencies to ensure seamless delivery of event experiences
* Negotiate and manage strategic event partnerships across a variety of brands
* Build and maintain strong relationships with event sponsors, commercial partners and internal stakeholders to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes
* Create and manage partnership proposals
* Actively ideate and respond to bespoke client event briefs as needed
* Consistently explore production processes and best practices to enhance efficiency
* Manage setting up new suppliers, processing supplier invoices and budget reconciliation
* Contribute to the post campaign analysis and reporting, present & implement revised operational learnings after each event
Who are you?
* An event executive/manager with experience in managing brand partnerships or a brand / PR manager with experience in event management
* A collaborative and detail-oriented individual who is nimble in a fast-paced industry
* Proactive attitude, who is up for any challenge or task
* Flexibility to travel for event delivery
