Reporting to the MD Hotels, you’ll lead a high-performing team to deliver a compelling and sustainable gaming offer that resonates with our guests, drives commercial outcomes, and supports a responsible and inclusive approach.This is a permanent opportunity, with a flexible location across the east coast.Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:Define and deliver ALH’s Gaming Strategy – including digital, in-venue, and social gaming innovationLead national gaming operations and performance, including game selection, machine procurement, and strategic placementPartner with our Venue teams to deliver an exceptional guest experiencePartner with internal teams including Regulatory & Financial Crime, Technology, Commercial, Compliance, and Legal to align gaming operations with wider hotel strategyOversee commercial outcomes and full P&L for the Gaming businessLead a talented team, building a high-performance culture through coaching, mentoring, and accountabilityLeverage insights and data to drive category performance and decision-makingWhat do we need from youNow Let’s Talk About YouYou’re a strategic and experienced leader in the gaming industry with a track record of success.
