Job Description
If you are an experienced mining project Site Administrator who is highly organised, detail-oriented and thrives on being the central point of contact for all things administration on site, we want to hear from you
What You Will Be Doing
Provide administrative support to site management and other departments, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation.
Maintain records and files, manage correspondence, and schedule appointments.
Develop and maintain spreadsheets, databases and documentation.
Liaise with clients and contractors to coordinate site access.
Assist the recruitment and onboarding team with site clearances for personnel mobilisation.
Coordinate flights and accommodation bookings.
Raise purchase orders and receipting invoices.
Assist payroll with timesheet accuracy.
Support various ad-hoc site requirements.
What We Are Looking For
Strong experience as a FIFO Site Administrator working in mining projects – Essential.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with an ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
High attention to detail and strong analytical skills, including the ability to identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
High versatility and flexibility in teamwork and approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other industry organisational software.
Ability to perform and complete a pre-employment medical.
Ability to provide National Police Clearance.
Current & valid driver's licence.
