Location: South Eastern NSW (South Coast Region – between Ulladulla to Batemans Bay) Part Time (Max-Term until June 2026) 4 days per week | 1 WFH day/week Program: C2BME HPA Level 2 + Salary Packaging (reduce your taxable income)About The ProgramThe “Continuing to be Me” (C2bMe) program of Uniting is a comprehensive in reach person centred model of care designed to enable residents living within aged care facilities with mental concerns to access mental health services like those available in the community.C2bMe offers low and medium intensity interventions through therapeutic groups & individual clinical care led by skilled allied health professionals and supported by Residential Aged Care Homes RACHs staff.About The RoleAs a Clinician, you will independently provide comprehensive, evidence-based care, including clinical coordination, psychological, and psychosocial interventions. You'll lead both individual and group therapy, helping to improve the mental health and wellbeing of older adults.About You In The RoleProvide therapeutic intervention to older individuals experiencing mild to moderate mental health issues.Conduct assessments, including bio-psychosocial and risk assessments, and track outcomes.Facilitate group therapy sessions, such as art and reminiscing therapy.Attend regular clinical review meetings, group supervision (monthly), and operational supervision (every 6 weeks).Work autonomously, managing your own schedule and caseload.What You Need To SucceedQualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing (RN), Occupational Therapy, or Counselling.Registration with relevant professional bodies (APA, PACFA, or AASW).1–2 years’ experience in mental health intervention.A valid driver’s license and own vehicle.Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR’s)Ability to work autonomously and stay organisedEven BetterExperience working in aged care facilities.Providing mental health support to older adults.Benefits & CultureAt Uniting, we celebrate diversity and welcome all people, regardless of ethnicity, faith, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
