Job Overview
We are seeking a Production Lead for a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and supervise a team to achieve production goals.
* Provide hands-on leadership, accountability, and support to ensure efficiency and safety.
* Liaise with government clients and deliver work to commercial standards.
Required Qualifications:
* White Card.
* General construction tickets (roller and skid steer).
* 5+ years experience in the asphalt industry, ideally in a leadership/supervisory capacity.
* Strong team leadership and accountability skills.
* Ability to set and manage Key Performance Indicators effectively.
* Previous experience supervising teams on highways or government projects.
* Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
