We?re looking for a Service Administrator (East) to support our NSW Operations team and keep our regional processes running smoothly.
What you?ll be doing
* Dedicated Timesheet Entry - weekly collation, entering and check off of NSW branch timesheets, provide backfill for QLD sites as requested.
* Dedicated focus on NSW Job Costing, providing assistance to QLD branch as requested.
* Dedicated NSW Site and Employee Compliance, providing assistance to QLD branch as requested.
This opportunity will be offered on a 12-month Fixed term basis to cover parental Leave. This position will be offered on a fulltime basis, working 76 hours per fortnight.

Section criteria:
* Previous work experience as an administration coordinator, administrator, or similar role.
* Intermediate experience computer literacy skills and understanding of Microsoft office suite eg. (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
* Intermediate verbal and written communication skills
* Proficient time-management abilities with the ability to prioritise task
* Ability to work autonomously and within a team
* Ability to take initiative, think critically and work through problems
* Experience with ERP systems such as Pronto, Salesforce, Damstra, ResHealth, Avetta (Desirable)
