You will be responsible for all aspects of People and Culture business partnering, including:
Requirements
* An effective communicator, able to work with diverse stakeholders, including senior leaders.
* Proactive and solutions-focused, addressing issues promptly and using influencing skills to drive change.
* Innovative in approach, up-to-date with HR best practices, and responsive with a strong sense of accountability.
* Commercially aware with a curiosity to learn about the organization.
* Experience with HRIS platforms, with Workday being beneficial but not essential.
