We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Web Designer to join our team. You’ll primarily be working with WordPress and Elementor to design, update, and optimise websites that focus on lead generation and performance.

Responsibilities:
- Build landing pages for Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Optimise existing client websites for conversions, ensuring an improved user experience and higher lead generation.
- Oversee lead generation efforts, including phone tracking and contact form submission user journeys.
- Implement SEO updates such as page design, heading tags, image optimisation, and internal linking to improve search visibility and user experience.
- Manage all aspects of website hosting, including backups, migrations, and plugin/theme updates.
- Make basic CSS and JS changes to enhance site functionality, design, and overall user experience.
- Optimise website page load speed for improved performance and user engagement.
- Handle graphic design tasks for website assets, icons, and other visual elements.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Site Kit, Tag Manager, HubSpot, Asana, Gravity Forms, Postmark SMTP, and RankMath to monitor performance and continuously improve results.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong skills with WordPress, Elementor & Divi.
- Previous experience working in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail : Ensure accuracy in every task and deliverable.
- Strong communication skills : Clearly convey information to team members.
- Collaboration : Work closely with your account manager, SEO lead & Google Ads lead to ensure landing pages are delivered on time and optimised to convert.
- Punctuality : Consistently meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
- Proactiveness : Take initiative to identify opportunities and address potential issues before they arise.
- Problem-solving : Quickly assess challenges and provide effective, creative solutions.
