Client Services Team Leader
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Services Team Leader to join our team in Katherine. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of client service and operational excellence.
About the Role
* Foster strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and regular site inspections.
* Address client feedback and concerns promptly and effectively.
* Ensure client needs are met through consistent, high-quality service and timely communication.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work autonomously and use your initiative to manage performance, training, and development to enhance team effectiveness. You will also be responsible for handling staff absences and coordinating relief as needed.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, support, and motivate cleaning staff to achieve and exceed client expectations.
* Manage administrative tasks including timesheets and accommodation reports.
* Report client issues and changes to contracts promptly.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar role with cleaning/facilities management.
* Current National Police clearance (Mandatory).
* Working With Children's check (Mandatory).
* Excellent communication skills.
* High customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
* High standard of work, cleanliness, and attention to detail.
* Able to work autonomously and use initiative.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
* Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, and time management.
