Graduate Nursing Program
We are seeking talented and ambitious Registered Nurses to join our team as part of our Graduate Nurse Program.
This 9-month program is designed to provide structured support and training, enabling you to develop your clinical skills and leadership abilities in a professional practice setting.
You will gain specialized knowledge in areas such as dementia care, palliative care, chronic disease management, and mental health.
The program includes defined career pathways with dedicated internal support, ongoing learning and development opportunities, flexibility and work-life balance through a range of shifts, and rapidly growing organisation with national career opportunities.

In addition, you will have access to our Leadership Programs – RN2CM & Emerging Leaders, and be eligible for a $5,000 payment at the completion of the program which can be used towards your HECS Debt or further studies.
We are looking for the best and brightest Registered Nurse graduates who aspire to be future nurse leaders and grow their careers with us. The ideal candidate will have:
* Graduated University within the last 2 years
* Valid AHPRA Registration (or pending)
* Completed less than 12 months of paid practical experience as a Registered Nurse

The Graduate Nurse Program provides a supportive environment where you can develop your skills and confidence as a Registered Nurse. You will work closely with experienced clinicians and receive regular feedback and coaching to help you achieve your goals.
