Trainee Community Support Worker
and help older Australians live life to the fullest in their own homes.
You'll earn while you learn, completing your
Certificate III in Individual Support
with guidance from experienced mentors and a team that truly cares.

About the Traineeship
This is a paid opportunity to learn and grow in a supportive environment. You'll gain hands-on experience delivering person-centred care, with flexible shifts and paid study time to help you succeed.

What we offer:
12-month contract with a guaranteed minimum of 15 hours per week
Flexible shifts Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
Paid study time to help you succeed
What Your Day Could Include:
Keeping Homes Happy: Tidy up with cleaning, laundry and light gardening
Meal Preparation: Supporting clients with nutrition and daily meals
Bringing Joy: Offer companionship and spark connection through conversation & activities
Getting Them There: Promote independence by offering transport and assistance for shopping, appointments, and social outings

About You:
No prior experience required, just a genuine passion for aged care and community support and the willingness to complete a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care)
Must not hold a Cert III or higher qualification in Individual Support
Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Valid driver's licence and access to a registered, insured vehicle
Comfortable travelling up to ***** minutes to reach clients
Full COVID-19 vaccinations highly desirable
