About the Role
As
Venue Manager
, you'll be responsible for:
Leading and inspiring the front-of-house and bar team to deliver a truly exceptional guest experience, night after night.
Overseeing financials, budgets, cost controls and reporting to ensure a profitable and sustainable venue.
Developing and executing a standout
drinks program
in collaboration with the Bar Manager.
Managing programming of
live music, DJs and events
, working closely with our partners including the Sydney Theatre Company.
Driving recruitment, training, team culture and retention — creating a workplace people love.
Ensuring compliance across liquor licensing, WHS, food safety and workplace legislation.
Collaborating closely with the
F&B Operations Manager
and contributing to the larger strategy of our hospitality group.
Who We're Looking For
An experienced and confident
hospitality leader
, ideally with a background in cocktail bars, late-night venues, or premium restaurants.
Someone who's both
guest-obsessed and commercially savvy
, capable of balancing creative ambition with strong business performance.
