About the role
Working under the supervision of a senior solicitor and partner, you will manage allocated matters and contribute to the delivery of clear, well-structured legal advice across multiple practice areas, including:
* Property law (commercial and development matters, as well as residential conveyancing for private clients)
* Succession and estate planning
* Tax-related legal work (in conjunction with senior review)
* Business and commercial advisory matters
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing allocated files end-to-end as the responsible solicitor, with supervision
* Preparing written legal advice using established firm frameworks and precedents
* Drafting legal documents from firm templates
* Liaising with senior solicitors for review, guidance, and professional development
* Identifying matters that require escalation due to complexity or risk
