Hotel Room Attendant
Gladstone's Premier Hotel is seeking a detail-oriented and committed individual to join our Housekeeping Team.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Housekeeping Attendant who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role requires availability for a rotating roster, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain hotel rooms, storage areas, and corridors to a high standard
Ensure room supplies and materials are fully stocked
Report lost property and follow correct procedures
Handle equipment safely and report any defects
Assist with regular stock checks of housekeeping supplies
Follow security procedures for keys and hotel rooms
Adhere to health & safety guidelines for cleaning products
Required Skills and Qualifications
Prior experience as a room attendant or cleaner (preferred but not essential)
Ability to handle physically demanding tasks
Strong attention to detail & positive attitude
Commitment to high cleanliness & hygiene standards
