Reporting to the Group Technology Manager, the Salesforce Systems Administrator will play a critical role in leading and executing projects on the Marketing Cloud & Sales Cloud CRM platforms while collaborating with multiple stakeholders and departments.

* Manage and maintain the Marketing Cloud & Sales Cloud CRM platforms.
* As the Product Owner you will drive the vision and direction of Salesforce.
* Lead the business units in implementing their manual business processes into salesforce.
* Provide support to users, including training, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
* Provide recommendations on how to best leverage Salesforce to meet those needs.
* Collaborate with technical teams to develop custom solutions, integrations, and apps on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Sales Cloud CRM platforms.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology strategy with business goals.
* Develop user testing scripts and conduct user testing for the developer.
* Working on continuous improvements and delivering new features/capabilities/processes on the platforms.
* Will be called upon as the Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Sales Cloud CRM platform subject matter expert to provide input into key design decisions where the Salesforce - Marketing Cloud & Sales Cloud CRM platform is impacted with some of the major projects that are underway.
* Platform maintenance, process documentation and user adoption
To be considered for this role you will need the following skills/experience:
* Hold a formal qualification in Bachelor of Technology or similar
* At least 3 to 4 years' experience in managing a Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Sales Cloud CRM instance in a BAU capacity, covering operational support, continuous improvement, platform health and maintenance activities.
* Previously been a Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Sales Cloud CRM platform owner/lead/administrator in a business
* Ability to support integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills as well as the ability to articulate a concept to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience with design and appropriate use of data extensions
* Must be across Cloud/Content Builder and Journey Builder.
* Working knowledge of AmpScript, and ideally JavaScript/HTML/CSS
* A good understanding of integrating external data sources to Marketing Cloud
* Familiar with the concepts and techniques of data governance and data quality
* Experience/Exposure to campaigns and how these are managed across the Marketing and CRM platforms.
* Admin certification on Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM.
